Patricia Campbell is currently the Executive Director of Benefits, HRIS  & Recognition at Cedars-Sinai Health System in Los Angeles, CA.  Cedars-Sinai is one of the largest nonprofit academic medical centers in the U.S. With more than 16,000 people strong - physicians, nurses, researchers, other staff, volunteers and community supporters - they have enabled Cedars-Sinai to emerge as a leader in quality care, research and community service. In her role, Ms. Campbell is (1) responsible for leading and directing several HR functions, including executive benefits, health & welfare, wellness, both qualified and non-qualified retirement programs, HRIS, employee recognition programs, and EAP (2) ensuring competitive employee benefits based on industry benchmarks to enable the organization to attract, retain and motivate top talent, and (3) leading, mentoring and developing the HR teams to ensure excellent customer service, process improvements, legal compliance, and accurate, efficient administration of all benefit-related programs. Prior to her current role, Ms. Campbell was the Director of Corporate Benefits at Health Net Inc., where she has worked since 1999 through 2016. She is a well-known and respected HR executive with broad based knowledge on customer service operations, administration, cross-functional based HR models, HR metrics, and change management. She is also familiar with various HRIS platforms, providers, and systems in both domestic and global environments.In her free time, Ms. Campbell enjoys cooking, mentoring, and supporting various charities and foundations.
